Throughout May, as part of National Walking Month, we have been profiling the good work of Ross Weatherby and the Reach Out project in Aberdeen. Each year a small group of students attend a residential as part of the project, and this year they headed to Lower Foyers to feel the benefit of the great outdoors despite the changeable Scottish weather.
We are also delighted to offer the Reach Out Walking Guide, which features some of the most popular walks as chosen by Reach Out students. Looking to visit the North East of Scotland? Our guide offers some of the best walking routes to see the best of Scotland.
Did you miss our blog for National Walking Month? It highlights the benefits of exercise and some of our health and wellbeing courses up and down the country. You can read it here.
